If you want to get your expensive Pen / Pencil repaired, please write to us with full details. We will arrange original parts and the expert for your pen / pencil. In case of severe problem, guidance from the manufacturing company will be taken and the pen club will arrange its repairing in the manufacturing company on your behalf.
