Escrow Facility

Escrow facility is safe for both the buyer and seller. If you want to buy any item from an unknown seller, you can deposit your money with the club and the club will tell the seller to send that item.

After receiving the item, the buyer has to inform the condition of the received item to the club. When you (buyer) is satisfied with the item, the club will release the payment to the seller.

In case there is no returnable guarantee then the payment will be made to seller on proof of delivery. In no case the Pen Club of India will get involved in any legal bindings..

In lieu of this service, the Pen Club of India will charge a very nominal amount as an actual expense.

Pen Club of India has no guarantee of legal binding for terms and conditions between buyer and seller regarding the sale.
